The similarities stop there as far as unborn babies are concerned.

A Record of Pro-Life Successes for Virginia

Finds Pro-Lifers "Threatening"

“You will see a coalition that is... made up of the Christian Coalition, it is made up of the right-to-lifers, it is made up of the NRA, it is made up of the home schoolers, it is made up of a whole coalition of people that have all sorts of differing views that I think most of us in this room would find threatening to what it means to be an American.” (1994 remarks to National Jewish Democratic Council )

VETOED Virginia’s ban on Partial Birth Abortion, which would have protected babies from being pulled partially from their mothers’ wombs before being painfully killed.

SUPPORTED & SIGNED Informed Consent

(A Woman’s Right to Know) which mandates a 24-hour waiting period before an abortion and that a woman be offered detailed information on alternatives to abortion, on scientifically accurate medical facts about the development of her unborn child, and on commonly employed abortion procedures.

ATTEMPTED TO GUT a stronger ban on Partial Birth Abortion.  It became law through the action of the General Assembly.

ATTEMPTED TO GUT the Parental Consent law. It became law through the action of the General Assembly.

FOUGHT TO PROTECT Hugh Finn from having his feeding tube removed.

ATTEMPTED TO WEAKEN the Unborn Victims of Violence Act.   His amendment failed by large margins before he signed the act into law.

Their records speak for themselves. Since the babies can’t, won’t you speak up for them?
